About: Established in 1924, Shorehaven sits on just over 100 acres of rolling ground along the Long Island Sound. Laid out by Willie Park Jr. and built by Robert White, the club has long been known for its confounding green complexes and tight routing. The masterplan was approved in the fall of 2023 and the work carried out in the summer/fall of 2024. It included rebuilding 4 greens that were not original to White or Park, expanding the 13 original greens back to their proper shape and size, renovating and restoring all bunkers, adding 9 new forward tees, shifting tees on holes 5, 14, and 18, and selective tree removal.
